Founded by Mr. Pramodkumar R. Chaubey and Mr. Gyandhar P. Mishra, the group is recognized for maintaining crystal-clear property titles, transparent business practices, and legally compliant documentation. A strong track record of successfully completing 18 residential and commercial projects — all before committed dates — has built a growing network of over 1,200 happy customers.
The group also operates Sai Marbles and Sai Trading for construction materials supply, and holds commercial assets leased long-term to government departments and banks — a testament to its financial stability and infrastructure capability.
